El plan de igualdad de Campos Telecom tiene como finalidad <strong>eliminar cualquier tipo de desigualdad o discriminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que pueda darse en la compa\u00f1\u00eda por raz\u00f3n de sexo e <strong>integrar la igualdad de trato y oportunidades<\/strong> entre mujeres y hombres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para este primer Plan de Igualdad <strong>se han dise\u00f1ado las actuaciones que se van a implantar<\/strong> en favor de la igualdad de oportunidades, en base a un diagn\u00f3stico de situaci\u00f3n previamente realizado y a un compromiso mostrado por la direcci\u00f3n de la entidad. Este documento persigue introducir, de forma efectiva,<strong> el principio de igualdad de g\u00e9nero en todas las pol\u00edticas de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las principales actuaciones a llevar a cabo se centran en aspectos como el acceso<strong> al empleo, la promoci\u00f3n interna o la brecha salarial.<\/strong> Por otro lado, <strong>prevenir cualquier conducta de acoso sexual<\/strong> o acoso por raz\u00f3n de sexo es otro de los objetivos, estableciendo cauces de actuaci\u00f3n en caso de que se de ese tipo de conflictos. Por \u00faltimo, en este primer Plan de Igualdad se aborda la <strong>conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la vida personal, familiar y laboral para mujeres y hombres junto con la <strong>formaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n en cuestiones de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>, tanto al personal directivo como al resto de trabajadores y trabajadoras de la organizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Campos Telecom, junto con la comisi\u00f3n<\/strong> creada para la elaboraci\u00f3n del plan, han negociado este documento desde el convencimiento de que la no discriminaci\u00f3n, la igualdad de oportunidades y la conciliaci\u00f3n <strong>permiten valorar y mejorar las potencialidades y eficiencias de toda la plantilla,<\/strong> as\u00ed como <strong>mejorar su calidad de vida en general<\/strong>, lo que repercute directamente en un <strong>incremento de la productividad<\/strong> de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>EVALUACI\u00d3N CONTINUA DEL PLAN DE IGUALDAD<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Plan de Igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres de Campos Telecom pretende facilitar un <strong>proceso de mejora continua,<\/strong> que contribuya a mantener vivo el procedimiento de <strong>conseguir que la entidad no se estanque<\/strong> en su objetivo final de alcanzar la igualdad real entre mujeres y hombres, revisando y mejorando con el tiempo las actuaciones implantadas. Es necesario realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n continua para comprobar las mejoras y cambios que aportan soluciones a situaciones desiguales y, por lo tanto, injustas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>PLANES DE IGUALDAD EN CAMPOS CORPORACI\u00d3N<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.campostelecom.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campos Corporaci\u00f3n<\/a>, grupo empresarial al que pertenece Campos Telecom, est\u00e1 <strong>elaborando ya planes de igualdad para el resto de empresas de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>. Con el Real Decreto-Ley 6\/2019, de 1 de marzo, se obliga a que las empresas con una plantilla superior a 50 personas trabajadoras, dise\u00f1en e implementen un plan de igualdad en el plazo de 1, 2 o 3 a\u00f1os en funci\u00f3n del volumen de su plantilla.
